Abscope nearing completion of NYS Thruway project 10/27/09
Abscope is nearing the completion of a major excavation / disposal project located at a service area along the NYS Thruway. Approximately 33,000 tons of petroleum contaminated soils were excavated and disposed of during the project's duration. Abscope was required to safely control the incoming and outgoing truck traffic necessary to prosecute the work, along with keeping the massive excavation footprint dewatered and protected from pedestrian traffic.
