Coxsackie Solar Farm
General Location: Coxsackie, N.Y.
Abscope was contracted to complete site civil and infrastructure improvements for a utility-scale solar energy facility in Coxsackie, NY. Despite design revision to critical site access components and the challenges of wet, cold, and winter weather conditions, Abscope successfully delivered the project safely, ahead of schedule, and within budget – demonstrating flexibility, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality execution.
Abscope’s responsibilities:
- Constructed two material staging pads equaling 15,600 SF
- Installed 36,690 SF of access road
- Constructed 2,000 LF of landscape berm
- Installed 90 LF of culvert pipe and completed 200 LF of re-grading of existing ditches
- Installed 5,000 LF of driven post and 8 ft chain link fence
