A. Information we collect directly from you:

Abscope gathers and retains personal information about you, including name, email address, physical address, phone number, company affiliation or other personal or background information when you voluntarily submit it to us via a quote request, information request or an email to the company you initiate. If you submit information in connection with an employment opportunity listed on our Career Opportunity page, in addition to contact information we may collect your, education history, employment history as well as information about references you identify and any other information you voluntarily submit in your resume or employment application.

If you provide us with a phone number or email address you expressly agree that we can use that information to contact you about your request for a quote, to respond to any questions or information requested by you and/or to contact you with regard to your inquiry about employment with Abscope.

B. Information we collect through automatic data collection technology.

As you navigate through our website we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns which may include usage details, details of your visits to our Website including what you visit on our website, resources you access on our website, information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, browser type and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use your personal information to respond to requests, inquires, comment or concerns, to provide Abscope services to you, to provide customer support and for possible employment with Abscope.

After said initial reply, Abscope does not retain your personal information. Beyond our initial reply we will never use your email address and personal information to send unsolicited messages or information, nor will we sell it to anyone else for such use.

With regard to requests for information, quote requests, bid notifications and addendums, we will use your email address and any other information you volunteer to provide you with the information or services requested until you ask us to stop or until the information or service is no longer available or it is determined the project is not applicable to us and we will not be providing any services to you. If the project isn’t applicable to us and we do not perform any work, then we will not retain your personal information. If Abscope performs an asbestos project for you, we retain those records including any personal information collected on this website for 30 years as required by law.

With regard to employment inquiries, Abscope retains all submitted information for employment including personal information submitted via this website for three years. Abscope may use the information submitted with regards to employment to match any open positions at Abscope and may contact you up to three years after such information is submitted in relation to any employment opportunities that may become available during that three-year time.

Abscope will never use your email address or any other personal information collected to send any unsolicited messages or information, nor will Abscope share it with, lease it, rent it or sell it to any third party for such use.

We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your personal information with third parties without your consent.
