Hazardous Materials Abatement/Demolition Project

Abscope was a subcontractor to the building owner’s construction manager/general contractor for this project, which required meeting stringent safety demands & an aggressive schedule. Abscope conducted a methodical operation, for a successful timely completion.

 

Abscope’s responsibilities:

• Removal of all hazardous / regulated materials  pre  structural- demolition
• Compliance with strict site-specific safety program
• Conducting daily coordination meetings with construction manager
• Conducting weekly safety inspections with owner and construction manager
• Preparing Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for all critical activities
• Conducting emergency evacuation drills
• Preparing and obtaining specialized work permits
