Mr. Garlock has been a member of the Abscope Environmental team since 2008. His expertise and impeccable work ethic have been instrumental to the successful completion of dozens of projects over the past 15+ years. Mr. Garlock has managed environmental remediation projects in 7 states and as such, has been responsible for the coordination of the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to implement and adhere to demanding project schedules. His skills include large soil remediation projects, road and crane pad installations for wind and solar farm projects, mass soil excavation and disposal, PVC and geosynthetic liner installation, landfill capping and asbestos remediation.
