Janice Romagnoli has joined Abscope as our Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the full range of Human Resources programs including health and welfare benefits and recruitment. She is also responsible for ensuring that policies/procedures are enforced and compliant; and for providing advice to managers/staff regarding employee relation matters. Janice comes to us from Cazenovia College after serving as Director of Human Resources for almost 20 years before the College’s closure. Prior to that she worked in Boston for public and private industries; specifically hi-tech start-ups and banking.
She received her Bachelor of Arts from St Lawrence University, NY, and completed her master’s coursework from Springfield College, MA.
Throughout the years Janice has served on various community boards within Madison County-Community Action Partners(CAP), CACDA, and Friends of Lorenzo. She currently resides in Cazenovia and is very happy to be employed at Abscope supporting her family’s business!
