Abscope was a subcontractor to the building owner’s construction manager/general contractor for this project, which required meeting stringent safety demands & an aggressive schedule. Abscope conducted a methodical operation, for a successful timely completion.

 

Abscope’s responsibilities:

• Removed all hazardous/regulated materials pre-structural demolition
• Complied with strict site-specific safety program
• Conducted daily coordination meetings with construction manager
• Conducted weekly safety inspections with owner and construction manager
• Prepared Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for all critical activities
• Conducted emergency evacuation drills
• Prepared and obtained specialized work permits
